Attach to your application a payment document for payment for the activity, goods or services paid for after 1 January 2024, which is not older than 3 months from the date of payment on the date of application, together with a certificate of donation of blood, plasma, platelets or bone marrow without financial compensation.
Non-active blood donors

Upon presentation of a commemorative certificate of appreciation for at least 10 donations without financial compensation (the prof. MUDr. Jan Janský medal, Golden Cross of the Czech Red Cross 1st to 3rd class, Czech Red Cross - Gift of Blood - Gift of Life plaque).
Organ donors

Attach to your application the original letter from the VZP director received by the client through the transplant centre, and a payment document for payment for the goods, activities or services.

Conditions:
- the last two donations without financial compensation must have been in the 365 days before the travel insurance was arranged
- or the last three donations without financial compensation must have been in the 730 days (2 years) before, while one of them in the 365 days before, in both cases calculated as of the date the travel insurance was arranged
- or you must be the holder of one of the awards (i.e. the prof. MUDr. Jan Janský medal, Golden Cross of the Czech Red Cross, Czech Red Cross - Gift of Blood - Gift of Life plaque) regardless of the date of the award and also have not donated blood, blood plasma, bone marrow or platelets in the 365 days before calculated as of the date the travel insurance was arranged
Free or discounted travel insurance can only be obtained if you arrange a travel insurance policy for medical expenses with a limit of up to CZK 5 million at a VZP branch, not on-line.
