How to apply

• Maximum limit: CZK 3,000 per year

• The Czech Red Cross Gold Cross (1st–3rd class)

To apply for the contribution, you must submit:

• the original letter from the VZP director, received via the transplant center, and
• a proof of payment for the goods, activity, or service, with a payment date from January 1, 2026, not older than 3 months at the time of application.

The contribution may be claimed in up to two applications per year.
