- Attach to your application a payment document for payment for the physical activity or sports activity paid for after 1 January 2024, and which must not be older than 3 months from the date of payment at the time of application.
- The contribution cannot be granted for on-line exercise courses, individual tickets (except for contributions for the elderly), extreme and uninsurable activities and sports according to the VZP insurance terms and conditions (a list is available on the website), or for the hire of sports facilities such as halls, gyms, tennis courts or swimming pools.
