- When you apply for a contribution for the first time, or when you apply after a change of health insurance company and re-register with the VZP, you will also need to attach proof of diagnosis to your application.
- A contribution application is submitted 2 times a year, namely:
- in the first half of the year from 1 January 2024 to 30 June 2024 for the first half of the amount;
- in the second half of the year from 1 July 2024 to 31 December 2024 for the second half of the amount.
- Any unspent amount for the first half-year will not be carried over to the second half-year.
