The general conditions for the drawing of contributions apply.

Stopping smoking

* You can apply for the contribution once every 5 calendar years.

Attach to your application a payment document for payment of the medicinal product prescribed by a physician, or a payment document for an over-the-counter medicinal product purchased only from a pharmacy.

The contribution is provided after the end of treatment (or even during treatment) made on the recommendation of the attending physician according to the list of the Centre for Tobacco Dependence, a specialist consultant at a specialist workplace of the Czech Chamber of Pharmacists, a general practitioner or a general practitioner for children and adolescents and at the same time from a specialist consultant at a specialist workplace of the Czech Chamber of Pharmacists from the list on the VZP website.

Mental health support

• Choose a therapist from the list on the VZP website.
• The contribution is granted for a maximum of 10 sessions at a maximum amount of CZK 500 per session.

Memory training/testing for the elderly

Attach to your application a payment document for payment for the service or aid paid for after 1 January 2025, and which must not be older than 3 months from the date of payment at the time of application.
